Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery confirmation via courier to request a return on any items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unworn, unused, and undamaged, with any original tags, stickers or labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with pictures or video and your order number if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your package becomes lost in transit with no proof of delivery from the courier, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date for further instructions.

We are not able to assist with orders declared missing that the courier confirms as delivered, so please carefully review your information at check-out, and we recommend that you ship to a trusted address, your workplace, or a parcel lock box (i.e. PO Box) if theft is a concern.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as all stickers, static vinyls, non-PVC magnets, and any custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, if available. Please get in touch, anyway, if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note: we will only refund the value of goods returned, but will not refund the value of shipping paid. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at connect@boostattic.com.
