Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we know anything can happen.

If for any reason you would like to request a refund, please first initiate a free return by contacting us at connect@boostattic.com with your order number in the subject line.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of original purchase to request a return on any items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unworn, unused, and undamaged, with any original tags, stickers or labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the original purchase confirmation.



If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and a confirmation will be sent to you via email. Please note: refunds exclude the costs of shipping paid, and will only cover the cost of goods.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. Though unlikely, if more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at connect@boostattic.com.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable Items 


Certain types of items are final sale, and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, such as all stickers, vinyls, non-PVC magnets, and any custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, if available. Please get in touch, anyway, if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. 



Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on clearance items or gift cards.
