SIZE GUIDE
All of our shirts and tanks are premium-quality cotton ringspun and tri-blend fitted tees, and they're so soft, you'll just want to hug yourself.
Our hoodies are premium-blend cotton/polyester, and they're so comfy, everyone else will want to hug you.
We source our apparel from different manufacturers in an effort to best balance quality, comfort and affordability. As a result, each clothing item will have individual sizing information, so check each product description for specific fitments and recommendations. Or, feel free to use the guides below for a general size reference (US standard).
LADIES: While we have some options tailored for you, feel free to jump in on the men's-threads action! We typically recommend selecting one size down from your size in women's (i.e., XL women's to Large men's), but all threads available for men are unisex, so go with whatever size you're comfortable in a standard tee, or use the men's size chart below for a general size reference.
We are working toward making more size and color options for all our threads available.
SHIPPING
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada via UPS or USPS, with plans to extend worldwide soon.
All orders ship within 1-7 weekdays (M-F) from time of purchase. (⊛)
Although sometimes, we may be rad and ship your order same day no matter what. Easy peasy!
Coffee mugs will often ship separately.
(⊛) NOTICES OF DELAYS: Notifications regarding possible delays in shipping and processing will display prominently on both the website and in your purchase confirmation email during any given period of delay.
You will receive a tracking number for your purchase in a shipment confirmation email. Depending on your location (and the conditions of the parcel services), delivery can, on average, take anywhere from 2-14 business days.
Military: we are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
Canadian residents: you will separately be responsible for any customs taxes and duties fees.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we know anything can happen.
If for any reason you need to return or exchange your purchase, you will have 30 days from the date of original purchase to contact us. We will not accept returns without first being contacted.
To initiate the process for a free return or an exchange, please contact us with your order number in the subject line, let us know the reason in your message, and we will assist you as smoothly and swiftly as possible. We will then provide a prepaid return-shipping label to the email provided at the time of original purchase.
Items returned must remain unwashed, unworn, unused and undamaged, with any original tags, stickers or labels still attached.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of items are final sale, and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, such as all stickers, vinyls, non-PVC magnets, and any custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, if available. Please get in touch, anyway, if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted and approved, make a separate purchase for the new item using a credit or discount code as provided with the approval.
Refunds
If for any reason you would like to request a refund, please first initiate a free return as described above.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund was approved or not - please review our return policy.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and a confirmation will be sent to you via email. Please note: refunds will exclude the costs of shipping paid, and will only cover the cost of goods.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. Though unlikely, if more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at connect@boostattic.com.
ORDERS
Order cancellations cannot be completed once your order has been shipped.
