SIZE GUIDE

All of our shirts and tanks are premium-quality cotton ringspun and tri-blend fitted tees, and they're so soft, you'll just want to hug yourself. Our hoodies are premium-blend cotton/polyester, and they're so comfy, everyone else will want to hug you. 

We source our apparel from different manufacturers in an effort to best balance quality, comfort and affordability. As a result, each clothing item will have individual sizing information, so check each product description for specific fitments and recommendations. Or, feel free to use the guides below for a general size reference (US standard).

Shipping

SHIPPING

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada via UPS or USPS, with plans to extend worldwide soon.

All orders ship within 1-7 weekdays (M-F) from time of purchase. ()

Although sometimes, we may be rad and ship your order same day no matter what. Easy peasy!

Coffee mugs will often ship separately.

() NOTICES OF DELAYS: Notifications regarding possible delays in shipping and processing will display prominently on both the website and in your purchase confirmation email during any given period of delay.

You will receive a tracking number for your purchase in a shipment confirmation email. Depending on your location (and the conditions of the parcel services), delivery can, on average, take anywhere from 2-14 business days.

 

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

Canadian residents: you will separately be responsible for any customs taxes and duties fees.

Returns

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we know anything can happen.

If for any reason you need to return or exchange your purchase, you will have 30 days from the time of purchase to return the item(s) unwashed, unworn, unused and undamaged, with any tags, stickers or labels still attached (items must be received in resalable condition). We will refund the value of goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid.

ALL STICKERS, STATIC VINYLS, and MAGNETS are sold as is, and are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so make sure you really want them. (You know you do...)

If your stickers, vinyls or magnets appear damaged upon arrival, please review our policy on "LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES" below.

To initiate the process for a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number in the subject line, let us know the reason in your message, and we will assist you as smoothly and swiftly as possible.

 

If at any time our website displays a notice of delays in shipping, please bear with us as we may also delay in processing returns and exchanges for that time. (See () in Shipping.) 

However, you will still have only 30 days from the time of purchase to contact us to return your item(s)!

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES: If your package becomes lost in transit with no proof of delivery from the courier, you will have 10 days from the date of the estimated delivery date to contact us for further instructions. However, we are not able to assist with such orders that the courier confirms as delivered, so please carefully review your information at check-out, and we recommend that you ship to a trusted address, your workplace, or a parcel lock box (i.e., PO Box) if theft is a concern. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed a package lost.

If you receive a damaged package with ruined items, please immediately take pictures or video and contact us with your order number in the subject line within 5 days of confirmed delivery. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim of a package that was damaged in transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages
